weles runs cancel
End a run the managed worker is running: its process group is killed and the run is recorded as cancelled with --detail; a cancelled sign-in no longer holds the account. A finished run is refused with when.

--detail | One sentence: what the person saw for runs answer, who cancels a run and why for runs cancel. |
--json | Print the answer as one JSON document instead of key: value lines. release surface always prints its JSON document: it is the file a release carries. |
