Read or manage the Weles executor through its authenticated worker API. WELES_WORKER_API_BASE with WELES_WORKER_TOKEN names it explicitly; otherwise Stado resolves weles-admission for consumer operator and the bearer is the token of the item playing the role echo-weles-api.
